Shipping policy

Order Processing
All orders placed on www.la-bas.com.au are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Method & Delivery Times
All orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post:

• Standard Shipping (AUPOST): 3–7 business days

• Express Shipping (AUPOST Express): 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g., courier delays, public holidays, or remote locations).

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and delivery location. Free standard shipping is available on all Australian orders over AUD $99.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details via Australia Post. You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship within Australia. Orders outside Australia are not accepted at this time.

Lost or Damaged Items
Labas is not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged items once the package has been handed to Australia Post. If your order arrives damaged or is lost, please contact us immediately at info@la-bas.com.au so we can assist you.
