Labas Return & Refund Policy

At Labas, your privacy and satisfaction are important to us. Due to health and safety considerations, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used. All sales of consumables are final. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as when you received them, unused, and in their original packaging.

Return Period
Purchases made directly from Labas via www.la-bas.com.au may be returned within 7 days of receipt. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and refunds will be issued in the form of a credit note or store credit.

We cannot accept returns simply because you changed your mind or found the product unsuitable upon use for hygiene reasons. Please choose carefully and ensure that the product you select is right for you. 

If a gift card was used for the purchase, refunds will be issued in the form of a gift card.

How to Request a Return
All returns are subject to approval. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

To request a return, please email our friendly customer service team at info@la-bas.com.au within 7 days of purchase with:

  • An image of the intact order

  • Proof of purchase

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

  • Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

  • Products cannot be returned once opened, or after 7 days from purchase, unless found to be faulty.

Faulty or Defective Products
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Products found to be defective are eligible for replacement within 12 months of purchase, with proof of purchase. Labas may return the product to the manufacturer to determine the nature of the fault.

Our warranty covers defects in materials or design for one (1) year from the original purchase date. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, tampering, unreasonable use, or service performed by unauthorised parties. Loss or damage to removable parts does not warrant replacement of the entire product.

How to Request a Replacement for a Faulty Product
Email info@la-bas.com.au with a video of the defective device, along with proof of purchase. We will guide you through the replacement process.

Purchases from Other Vendors
Products purchased from other retailers or websites are subject to their respective policies. Warranty claims for defective products can still be initiated with Labas, with proof of purchase and video evidence of the defect.
